All forms must be returned to AHA ASAP. (within 2 days)
140 days of school. You may go over this amount as much as you wish.

Alabama Hope Academy (AHA) is not responsible for the education, grades, supervision of any child, curriculum or materials
Parent / Guardian/ Family must release Alabama Hope Academy (AHA) web sites, Administrator, and all associated from all legal liability, legal fees, and all legal actions of any kind.
Parent / Guardian/ Family fully understands and agrees to be fully responsible for all education, grades, supervision of all children.
AHA Alabama Hope Academy does not gives refunds for any reason at anytime. Nor does AHA pro rate enrollment fees
AHA does not require testing.
AHA gives one transcript and one diploma at completion of 12 th grade. If you need a transcript before that date new school that child transfers to will have to request it and the parent will have to pay a fee of $25. to AHA
AHA gives transcript and diploma's in May. Parent must have all grades, subjects, credits in their file at homeschoolreporting.com and they must be completed at least 3 weeks before child receives diploma and or transcript.
AHA is not responable in anyway in any form with the curriculum Lifetime Learning. AHA offers it at a much lower price to enrolled parents and that is all AHA does.
