Make sure you read this very carefully, you fully understand and agree with AHA on our enrollment, terms, conditions, policies and guidelines before you enroll.
AHA does not pro rate any enrollment fee nor does AHA give refunds, charge backs for any reason at anytime.
AHA provides legal covering so you may home school the way you are led. AHA does not require certain (any) curriculum, any meetings at anytime. You may teach anyway you are led, traditional, unschooling, eclectic, or any variation.
Testing is not required except for college bond, advanced High School Diploma; testing requirements are same as college requirements.
Enrollment fee is due at enrollment and all re enrollment is due on or before July 1st of each year. If AHA does not have your re enrollment in or before July 1st, we will notify your public system ASAP that you are no longer enrolled with us. If you do not enroll with another cover school you will be in truancy and AHA can not help you at that point.
140 days of school are required each year, you may have as many over 140 as you wish, and you may go year round if you choose.
If parent enrolls and pays enrollment fee online, and have any problems getting forms at that moment, getting in touch with AHA , change you mind about enrolling with AHA for any reason and try to receive a chargeb ack, please take note AHA does not give charge backs for any reason at anytime nor does AHA give refunds. AHA has made payment available online to better serve you the family, yet some try to take advantage of this by paying enrollment fee online, receiving enrollment pack, forms and then try to get a charge back. Please note if you try this, we will dismiss you from AHA, parent will receive no refund or charge back and AHA will notify the credit bureau and it will show non payment on name of credit debit card, and parent.. If you print, fill out, sign, and use AHA forms for any reason without AHA’s permission this is fraud. We send certain church school enrollment forms to Alabama superintendents with our mark and seal to prevent illegal enrollment.
All forms belong to AHA/ If after you receive our enrollment pack and choose to mail any forms to any system stating you are enrolled with us when AHA has not received those forms with payment, you are committing fraud, and you could be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. You may not use our forms for anything at anytime unless AHA has received payment therefore given you permission.
If for any reason parents wish to transfer from AHA to another school it is parent’s responsibility to make sure AHA has grades and subjects on child, as well as child’s previous school records. Patents must give AHA at least 2 weeks to get transcript ready.
Parent must keep AHA up to date on your physical address, phone number, and email address. If AHA can not contact parent, we will dismiss you from AHA.
If parents have returned to AHA copy of previous Child's school records, grades, subjects, signed AHA transcript form, and your child has correct amount of credits. AHA will provide High School Diploma and transcript, at time of gradation from High School.
