We are now taking enrollment for school year 2010-11.

Our enrollment fee covers one school year.  We do not pro rate.

Enrollment Process On line

Click the enroll button on  this page to enroll either one child or family plan which covers all children in one family not one household.

  • All fees are non refundable for any and all reasons. Once you pay you are legally enrolled and our service begins.
  • Make sure you fill in a correct working receiving email address on all forms, not doing so can terminate your enrollment with AHA. 
  • It will walk you through the process to pay with credit or debit card.  Please do not go through process more than once because it might charge your card.
  • After you have paid with  card you will receive a email to comfirm your order.,
  • After payment has processed you will receive 2 emails from Echosign or  deb101@charter.net or contact@alabamahomeschool.org  if you have enrolled one child.,   If you enrolled more than one child you will receive one email with all forms in it and one email on each child. 
  • Please read the forms carefully and fully complete each form do not leave blank or put N/A just because you don't want to answer the form.  Once all forms are answered.  Sign them all.  This is done electronic and it will walk you through the whole process, that only takes a few minutes. Make sure you resend these. AHA needs this back ASAP to complete your enrollment process.
  • Print your forms and keep on file.,
  • The attendance record mark each day your child has school (print one form for each child) then return a copy to AHA when you finish this school year or before July 1st.  (No one will be re enrolled with out AHA receiving previous year attendance record)

To enroll by standard mail go to Enroll by standard Mail  and submit form.  AHA must have this form with all information before we will except any enrollment by mail.  Enrollment fee will be same as enrolling online. You will have to send your enrollment fee by western union and receive your forms by email or fax.  Unless you are located in our area, in which case please email or call us and we will be glad to make a appointment with you, if you like.
